The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners are
appointed by the City of Suffolk Council. The Board of Commissioners
decide on policies and procedures for the authority and elect the executive
director to lead the agency. SRHA's commissioners are made up of a
chairperson, vice-chairperson, resident commissioner and other
commissioners who are all residents of Suffolk.
