SUFFOLK REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY

OAK TERRACE APARTMENTS WAITING LIST OPEN

The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) provides affordable housing opportunities and helps families become self-sufficient. SRHA will open its Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-BEDROOM UNITS at Oak Terrace Apartments.

Applications will be accepted online only on the SRHA website at www.suffolkrha.org beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, through 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Applications submitted after 3:00 p.m. on October 29 will not be accepted.

For persons with a disability, applications may be mailed upon request. Requested applications must be returned and postmarked within 10 days of the request date. Applications postmarked after 10 days will not be accepted. Mailed applications should be sent to:

Required Documentation:
All applicants will be required to submit:

• Birth certificates for all household members
• Social Security cards
• A non-expired government-issued photo ID
• Verification of income (dated within the last 60 days)
• Verification of assets (bank statements, stocks, bonds, etc.)
