Motivate and Help Participants:
- Identify their goals
- Identify the barriers which could prevent achieving the goals.
- Identifying resources and services to aid participant’s success.
- Develop a service plan to outline specific goals and objectives which are needed to achieve economic independence.
- Obtain higher education/job training that will result in living wage increase.
