Bid Addendums
The following changes were made and are highlighted in the amendment:
Project 926-
Gutters:
Remove from gutter downspout leader located to the left of the front porch. Install a new downspout sleeve into main front gutter. Reattach the downspout leader to the new gutter sleeve using either sheet metal screws or rivets.
Exterior Wall Sheeting:
Carefully remove the vinyl siding on the back of the dwelling that is covering the damaged OSB sheeting. Cut back the tyvek paper/vapor barrier to expose the damaged sheeting. Remove all damaged sheeting and replace with new OSB sheeting, thickness to match existing. Reattach the tyvek paper/vapor barrier to the new OSB sheeting, reinstall the existing vinyl siding to pre-demolition appearance.
Project 922-
Second Floor Hall Bathroom (con't.):
Disconnect the water supply and drain line from the bath vanity sink, remove counter top, remove vanity to expose the ceramic flooring for removal. After the new LVP flooring is installed, re-install the vanity, counter top, and make all necessary water and drain corrections.
Kitchen Base Cabinet Removal:
Release dishwasher cabinet from the underside of the counter top, disconnect drain line from sink drain, disconnect water feed line and power supply. Disconnect the water supply to the kitchen sink as well as the drain. Remove the formica counter tops leaving sink in pace in counter top. Detach the base cabinets from the wall to expose the ceramic flooring under the cabinets so the tile can be removed from under their placement. After the new LVP flooring is installed, reinstall the existing base cabinets to pre-removal locations. Reinstall the counter tops, dishwasher, kitchen sink and drain, water supply, and electrical connections.
