The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority does not sell HUD homes. However, the agency has a Neighborhood Preservation Program. Using this program, Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority buys homes that are in foreclosure, rehabilitates them and sells them to low- to moderate-income families.
