The Public Housing Agency plans are comprehensive guides to policies and programs that inform HUD, residents, and the public of the mission of the Public Housing Agency (PHA) for serving the needs of low-income and very low-income families, as well as the strategy for addressing those needs. In order for the PHA plan to be approved, it must meet the three statutory standards of completeness, consistency, and compliance.
The Annual Plan for the Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Agency is available for review and public comment at the Main Office and all site offices during normal business hours.
