Rental History Verification- Rental History Verification is an important document used by landlords to determine if you are going to follow the rules and pay rent on time. The rental history form has a great impact on your ability to find other housing. Some questions on the form are:
Were you late 3 or more times in the last 12-months? Do you have any outstanding debit? Do you have any outstanding lease violations? Are you eligible to be re-leased? Did you give proper notice prior to moving? If you need to work on the above issues you may contact Mike Smith at the rental office at 757-925-3721.

Community Support
There was a community meeting with the Suffolk Police Department held on October 17th at 5:00 PM. There was very little resident participation in the meeting. Only 6 out of 206 families showed.
The meeting was a very positive meeting advising all to make sure they call the police when they see criminal activity on the property to include loitering, drug activity, gang activity, graffiti as well as fighting.
This will take the community to call each time the activity is taking place. You can call the non-emergency number at 757-923-2350 and let them know you want to remain anonymous.
Each resident will need to call and report any activity they suspect and let the local police department know. They have informed you contact them the more they will come out. Don't hesitate to make the call! The more you call the better they can assist the community.
