Dear Resident,

Finney Avenue Residences plans to request HUD approval for an adjustment to your rent based on a Rent Comparability Study, which evaluates market rents, utility costs, and property conditions.

• Current rent: $626 per month
• Proposed rent: $800 per month

Supporting documents, including the Rent Comparability Study, are available for review at Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority Agency main office during normal business hours. You may submit written comments regarding this proposed increase within 30 days of this notice. All comments will be forwarded to HUD for consideration.
