Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) will open it's Project Based Voucher application for rental assistance. The apartments named The Villas at Reids Landing are located in Suffolk, VA 23434.
Qualified applicants must be Elderly (62 and older) or Disabled (must be 45 and older).
Applications will be accepted virtually (online) by accessing our website at www.suffolkrha.org for 24 hours starting at 9:00 AM on Thursday, December 17, 2020 and ending at 9:00 AM Friday, December 18, 2020. Applications can be distributed to persons with a disability upon request. Call 757-925-6493 for specific reasonable accomodation request.
Applications completed online must be submitted and received by SRHA no later than 9:00 AM on December 18, 2020. Applications mailed must be postmarked by December 18, 2020. Applications postmarked after December 18, 2020 will not be accepted.

All applicants will be required to submit birth certificates, social security cards, non-expired picture identifiction, verfication of income (no more than sixty days old), verfication of assets (banking information, stocks, bonds and etc).
