PUBLIC NOTICE

The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) has developed, in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, its Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).

These plans outline SRHA's goals and objectives and provide information about SRHA's current policies, operations, programs and services. Copies of the draft of the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy are available at SRHA's main office, 530 E. Pinner Street, Suffolk, VA 23434 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and on SRHA's website @ www.suffolkrha.org.

You may also call 757-539-2100 for additional locations for reviewing the document. A public hearing will take place on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, 530 E. Pinner Street, Suffolk, VA 23434 to provide citizens an opportunity to comment on the plans before submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Written comments may also be submitted on or before Monday, November 22, 2021.
