Project Base Voucher Waiting list opening
The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) provides affordable housing and assists people to become self-sufficient. SRHA will open its Project Base Voucher (PBV) application for rental assistance virtually. For seniors 55 years or older 1 and 2 Bedrooms. The apartments named The Villas at Reid Landing are located in Suffolk, VA 23434.
Applications will be accepted (online). To apply access our website at www.suffolkrha.org between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Wednesday May 6th and Thursday May 7th, 2026. The online waiting list application process will close at 3:00 pm on May 7th, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
Applications can be distributed to people with disabilities upon request. Call 757-539-2100 for a specific reasonable accommodation request. Applications will be mailed to people with disabilities upon request. The application must be mailed and postmarked within 10 days of the request. Applications postmarked after 10 days of the request will not be accepted.
